Kingswood wood tops have a lifetime warranty against major glue joint failure. No other warranty is express or implied. Warranty is conditional on proper Care and Installation as set forth in Kingswood’s Care and Installation instructions. Because almost everything that can go wrong with a wood top is most likely a result of improper installation or care, burden of proof in the event of a claim is on the customer. Kingswood’s liability is limited strictly to the value of the product. Handling, installation, plumbing and utilities are excluded.
